Pause House is a pair of 560-square-foot glass-and-steel cabins on adjoining ridges above Yucca Valley, California — about 15 minutes from the West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Each sleeps two. Each has its own hot tub, cowboy tub, fire pit, and outdoor shower. One house faces the morning. The other belongs to the night.
White on white, tuned to first light. Coffee at dawn, bright quiet afternoons.

The houses sit on a ridge at the edge of Yucca Valley — far enough out that the night sky still works. Joshua Tree National Park’s West Entrance is about 15 minutes away; the quieter North Entrance about 20. Come back from the park, get in the tub, and watch the Milky Way come out from the property.
The houses sit on adjoining parcels — close enough to share a sunset, far enough apart to feel alone. Book both.
